Welcome to UnicornX. These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you access our website, dashboards, or subscribed bot automations. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UnicornX products, dashboards, bots, APIs, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the platform.
2. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify UnicornX immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
UnicornX offers subscription plans with recurring fees. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Trials may convert to paid plans automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Trading Risks
Automated trading carries substantial risk. UnicornX does not provide financial advice and cannot guarantee profits or prevent losses. You are solely responsible for your trading strategies, risk management, and compliance with local regulations.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other users’ data, reverse engineer our software, or engage in any activity that disrupts service availability or security.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and documentation remain the property of UnicornX or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the platform at risk. You may cancel your subscription at any time; payments already processed are non-refundable unless required by law.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. UnicornX disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnicornX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Bangkok, Thailand, unless local laws require otherwise.
