How to Create a Binance API Key
To connect your Binance account to UnicornX, you need to create an API key with the correct permissions.
Step 1: Log in to Binance
Go to binance.com and log in to your account.
Step 2: Go to API Management
Click your profile icon → API Management
Step 3: Create a New API Key
- Click Create API
- Choose System Generated
- Enter a label (e.g., "UnicornX Bot")
- Complete the security verification
Step 4: Set Permissions
Enable the following permissions:
- ✅ Read Info – Required
- ✅ Enable Spot & Margin Trading – Required for trading
- ❌ Enable Withdrawals – Do NOT enable this
Step 5: Restrict IP Access (Recommended)
For security, restrict API access to specific IP addresses if possible.
Step 6: Save Your Keys
Copy your API Key and Secret Key and store them securely. You will need these when setting up your bot in TradingView.
⚠️ Important: Never share your API keys with anyone. UnicornX will never ask for your Secret Key directly.
