What is UnicornX?
UnicornX is an automated crypto trading bot platform. Our bots run inside TradingView and connect to your exchange (Binance/OKX) via API to execute trades automatically based on your configured strategy.
Do I need coding knowledge?
No coding knowledge is required. Our bots come pre-built. You just need to configure settings through a simple interface in TradingView.
Which exchanges are supported?
We currently support Binance (all plans) and OKX (Pro plans and above).
Billing & Subscriptions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your bot will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscribers. Contact support@unicornxbot.com within 7 days of purchase.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your bot will stop executing trades. Your TradingView script will remain but alerts will be deactivated. You can renew at any time to reactivate.
Technical
Is my API key safe?
Yes. We recommend setting up API keys with trading permissions only (no withdrawal permissions). Your keys are encrypted and stored securely.
What if my bot doesn't execute a trade?
Check that: (1) Your TradingView alert is active, (2) Your API key has correct permissions, (3) You have sufficient balance in your exchange account, (4) The bot conditions have been met.
Can I run multiple bots?
Yes! You can subscribe to multiple bots. Each bot subscription is independent.
